What is AG Restorative?

AG Restorative is a healing, gentle class using the AntiGravity® hammock as a supportive tool. The hammock cradles your body, allowing complete muscular release and spinal decompression.

Poses are held for extended periods, encouraging deep relaxation of the nervous system. This practice is ideal for those recovering from stress, injury, or simply needing restoration.

No experience is necessary. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

What to Expect

Classes are small and intimate, ensuring personal attention and a peaceful atmosphere. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and set up your hammock with guidance from your instructor.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of your knees. Remove all jewellery and tie back long hair.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to surrender. You may even fall asleep — and that's perfectly fine!
