Booking is required as there is limited spaces in our classes,
 HOWEVER you can just drop-in on a first in first served basis if you would like!

FLOAT CLASSES

Whether you’d like to relax from a long day, get a good workout in or release tight hips we have the class for you.

Beginners Class

If you are new to AntiGravity® or just polishing your skills, this is the class for you! All beginners should complete 2 beginner lessons to get used to the hammock before booking another class.

Open Class

FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS MASTERED 2 BEGINNER CLASSES.

Experience core strengthening and release work at it’s best and most fun with our open classes. Inversions, seated and standing movements come together to give an excellent all round lengthing and strengthening class.

Power Yoga

BEGINNERS WELCOME!

Get an incredible all-body workout every class with sasha.  A fun and energising way to get fit and strong.  Boost metabolism and build lean muscles as you move to upbeat tracks in this fun supercharged power yoga workout.  We’ll combine tradition power yoga sequencing and Aerial to intensity each yoga pose while mixing in strengthing training moves like squats, push ups, lunges and more.

Aerial Yoga

FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS MASTERED 2 BEGINNER CLASSES.

AY offers a different experience off the mat and into the air, using the Harrison Hammock to support another level of depth and understanding in the body. The practice helps to strengthen for a regular yoga practice. It is a fun, dynamic and holistic practice done to sound spa therapy music.

Pilates Class

FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS MASTERED 2 BEGINNER CLASSES.

Explore new territory with your Pilates workout! AntiGravity® Pilates is the newest suspension training program from AntiGravity® Fitness. These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights, allowing you to get much more from your traditional Pilates exercises with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock

AIRbarre

BEGINNERS WELCOME!

This class is all about creating length and strength with movement inspired and choreographed by Lorrianne Major.
Rather than a fixed ballet barre, the AntiGravity hammocks allow a dynamic element to traditional ballet exercises meaning a better all round workout.

Young Flight Club

This class is for budding high flyers aged 10 – 14 years. Come explore the air with a technique that was originally designed for New York Performance troop. In this hour will play and honour the aerial arts with flips, trick and inversions. We will also strengthen our core, stretch out the limbs, challenge our limits and flip out attitude ?

Restorative Yoga

BEGINNERS WELCOME!

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level, or those who just like an approach that gives you time to tune in at a deep level.  Taught in a sequential flow to music, the class incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating sivasana. Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine.

Yin Yoga

BEGINNERS WELCOME!

This winter Abby will be starting her much anticipated Yin Yoga Class ( no hammock used! ) Yin yoga provides us with an opportunity listen to our body and go within. It is simple, gentle, slow, therapeutic AND often challenging. Similar to our AntiGravity® Restorative shapes will be held from 3-5 minutes. Yin allows us to work the deeper ‘yin’ tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep facia network and even our bones. It balancing our busy Yang lives.

Flips & Tricks 

Saturday 21th November // 11.30- 12.30 // Ninja investment $20

Do you enjoy the aerial arts side of our classes? Are you ready to take your technique to circus/ninja heights? Come explore the air with a technique that was originally designed for a New York Performance troop. This workshop is for anyone wanting to break down moves and learn some new tricks that you can take to any class going forward. Newbies welcome (you must have completed 2 Intro classes to be comfortable in the hammock).
