AERIAL NINJAS

Over the programme we will be working through a range of different experiences in our Aerial Hammocks. Your child will get to know their body more and learn about the way they think and move, plus we will explore the true gift of different breathing techniques and meditation.

They will learn amazing aerial ninja skills to wow friends and family, but most of all just have some good old fashioned fun….

Instructor Abby will guide the children into fun flips and tricks. Gaining confidence and body awareness. Abby is a Level 3 AntiGravity® Instructor- trained in Fundamentals 1&2, AirBarre, Restorative Yoga and Aerial Yoga. A Hatha, Pre & Post natal And Yin Yoga teacher. She has participated in Aerial therapeutics training and will be diving deep into Trauma informed yoga later in the year.

YOUNG FLIGHT CLUB

Bring your young high flyers along every Wednesday where we’ll explore the aerial arts with Cirque du Soleil-inspired flips, tricks and inversions, with our creator of the Young Flight Club programme, highly skilled Instructor Alisha.

Alisha now works full time as a secondary school Science Teacher and is an avid adventuress, Alisha is combining her skills to teach AntiGravity® Fitness classes. She also teaches Pilates on the Wednesaday night at 5.15pm.
