About This Class
Canales de CR is a deeply intentional movement practice drawing on principles of somatic awareness, breath-led flow, and subtle energy channel work. Rooted in traditional body-wisdom traditions and adapted for the modern practitioner, this class invites you to explore the body's inner pathways with curiosity and gentleness.
Each session weaves together guided breathwork, conscious movement sequences, and extended rest postures — creating a container for both physical release and deep internal awareness. Whether you are new to movement practices or deepening an established one, Canales de CR offers a nourishing experience for every body.
Classes are kept intentionally small to honour the intimate nature of this work and to allow for personalised guidance throughout each session.

What to Expect
Sessions begin with a grounding arrival practice — a few minutes of stillness and breath to transition from the outside world into the quiet of your inner landscape. From here, movement builds gently and organically, guided by the rhythm of the breath rather than a set choreography.
Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are available to support your body throughout the practice. Comfortable, layered clothing is recommended, as body temperature may shift during restorative phases of the class.
Before You Attend
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session begins. Avoid eating a large meal in the 2 hours prior to class. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided — just bring yourself and an open mind.
