Arcadia discovered the transformative power of aerial yoga during a challenging period in her own life, and has dedicated the last twelve years to sharing that discovery with others. Her approach blends the precision of classical yoga tradition with the playful freedom of movement in the air.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Arcadia trained extensively across studios in Auckland, Bali, and London before returning home to co-found Float Fitness — a space she envisioned as a sanctuary where people could leave the weight of their daily lives at the door.

Her classes are known for their unhurried pace, deeply attentive instruction, and the profound sense of ease students carry with them long after they've left the studio. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, Arcadia meets you exactly where you are.
