What is AG Fundamental 1 & 2?

AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1 & 2 are entry-level workshops designed for complete beginners. You will learn how to use the silk hammock safely, develop body awareness, and build strength and flexibility through supported poses and gentle inversions.

Fundamental 1 introduces you to the basics: getting in and out of the hammock, foundational poses, and building confidence off the ground. Fundamental 2 builds on these skills, introducing more complex movements and beginning inversions.

No experience is required — just an open mind and comfortable workout clothes. These workshops are a prerequisite for our ongoing aerial yoga classes.

Workshop Details

Who is it for?

Complete beginners. No prior aerial or yoga experience needed. Suitable for all fitness levels.

What to wear

Comfortable workout clothing that covers the backs of your knees. No buttons or zips. Bare feet or grip socks.

Duration

Each Fundamental workshop runs for approximately 2 hours.
