Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Float Fitness. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
Class Bookings
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy for class bookings is as follows:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a class will receive a full credit to use toward a future class.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
Workshops & Special Events
Bookings for workshops and special events are generally non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible — in some circumstances we may be able to transfer your booking to another participant or a future event at our discretion.
Class Passes & Memberships
Class passes and memberships are non-refundable once purchased. Passes have an expiry date and cannot be extended except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons with supporting documentation).
Exceptional Circumstances
We review requests for refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as illness or injury. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
