AntiGravity Aerial Yoga

AG Aerial Yoga 1 is an introductory class to AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga using a suspended hammock to support your body weight. This class is suitable for beginners and those new to aerial yoga.

The hammock acts as a soft trapeze, allowing students to perform traditional yoga postures, pilates exercises, and other healing arts in a completely new way.

Benefits include improved flexibility and strength, decompression of the spine, increased body awareness, and a sense of playfulness and fun!

What to wear Comfortable clothing that covers your underarms and back of knees (e.g. leggings and a fitted top)
