Mindfulness and Meditation in Motion: Fusing Sounds & Senses

Early next year, we will be launching an exhilarating new AntiGravity Aerial One-Day Course. This course offers a fantastic opportunity to become familiar with the technique, without committing to the full 3-day courses.

This course is tailor-made for individuals like you who have a deep interest in movement and enhancing your aerial skills or your teaching repertoire.

Don’t miss this chance to explore more in the world of AntiGravity Aerial techniques. If you have any questions or would like to reserve your spot, please feel free to get in touchIn this course, explore guided meditations, new movement sequences and even a new inversion called Praying Mantis. Leverage the AG technique and hammock to create unique sensory environments, (sight, sound, smell) that support altering the state of being in your students: from stress to joy, from anxiety to bliss, from judgement to acceptance. To become more mindful, it helps to get a boost now and then.  Mindfulness in Motion, is exactly that, a reprieve from the daily grind and a supercharger for enhancing mindfulness in your students.

Fundamentals 1 & 2 are the foundation for all AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness courses.

After the 3-day course, you will be able to teach 3 specific classes to your students right away. This course will open the doors for you to continue your education in either AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga, or AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness as well as any of our Specialty (Secondary) courses.

Minimum requirements: We do not require any specific certification. You should have a good understanding of the body and flexibility, coordination and core strength are a plus.

Other requirements for the program : a good sense of humour and the wish to explore new boundaries.  Mostly…. a wish to find your wings!
