AntiGravity® Beginners - Float Fitness




Welcome to Float’s Beginners Classes!

If you are new to AntiGravity®, are in rehabilitation for injury or simply want to polish your skills, these are the classes for you.

Let Lou take you through a fun and friendly class of standing and seated poses in our specially designed hammocks.

We will:

  • Try different moves every class, each one designed to lengthen and strengthen your body
  • Try inversions as a way to keep our spine healthy
  • Have lots of fun with friends in supportive and friendly environment
  • Move to great music in a boutique environment – only 5 seats per class so you can guarantee personal attention
