AntiGravity® Open Classes - Float Fitness

Welcome to our AntiGravity® Open Classes!

These classes are for everyone that has mastered the 2 beginners classes and wants to progress into flips, longer inversions and a faster paced class.

Expect a different focus every class:

  • Enjoy different inversions every class releasing tight hips and lower back
  • Learn new flips and tricks and get a great workout
  • Core strengthening in every class
  • Have lots of fun in a friendly atmosphere
  • Never any more than 6 in a class so individual attention is guaranteed!

Open clases are offered in 3 variations:

Open Class is the next progression from our beginners class (we recommend 2-4 classes before an Open Class).

Open Express is a 40 min faster flow class for Floaters with busy schedules.

Open Fusion is a faster flow class with options to be guided through your favourite inversions and front belt. There is the opportunity to spend an allocated period of time during class in a freestyle session reflecting on and improving techniques of your favourite Antigravity poses and routines. It is for Floaters who have been taught every Grip, Wrap and Trap

Such an amazing class, you feel like you are floating afterwards. The instructor is great and so lovely and guides you through each process of the stretch. You will never feel so comfortable while stretching. It’s a must try!
